Regional dishes – fine selection, freshly prepared and modernly interpreted
At Luis’ Gardens we have one principle: freshly cooked and homemade tastes best. So there is no confusing menu for you, but only the best prepared for you. Not pizza, burgers, pasta, schnitzel – but extraordinary and carefully selected dishes. Fresh and cooked with love. Our beef broth is cooked from bones and vegetables, not from a bag. If you don’t just eat to get full, this is the place for you. That is our understanding of good gastronomy.
The regional dishes are then refined with microgreens, sprouts and herbs. These are optimally grown directly in the restaurant. In cooperation with BLOOM.S., we have set up our own indoor farm at Luis’ Gardens. Unique.
Warm cuisine daily from 1:30 pm to 9 pm. From 1:30 pm to 6 pm, there is a slightly smaller, tempting selection. On Wednesday we are closed.
